As Chief Operating Officer, Geoff Steere oversees the ongoing business operations within the company and is responsible for creating operations strategy and policies. Geoff works closely with our CEO to spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes while ensuring delivery of the highest level of customer service. Internally, he works closely with general legal counsel and is responsible for the scheduling and timely rollout of major projects.
Previously, Geoff was an attorney and partner with Buchanan Boyes Smith Tabata where he practiced commercial and corporate law, specializing in corporate compliance, trusts and high net worth real estate transactions. He was often asked to make presentations around the country relating to compliance and worked on various marketing initiatives for the firm’s major clients.
Geoff earned a BA LLB law degree from the University of Cape Town and received a certificate in entertainment law and management from UCLA.
