Patrick Eldon

Prior to joining orderTalk in 2004, Patrick Eldon was a partner at Garlicke & Bousfield Attorneys, where he practiced as a maritime attorney. His area of speciality was in the financing of ocean going vessels for banks and litigious matters arising out of ship financing. During his time as an attorney, Patrick was invited to speak at various engagements including to banks, lawyers and the maritime industry. Whilst at Garlicke & Bousfield, Patrick was the chairman of the firm´s marketing committee and served on the executive committee.

With a passion for restaurants, business and start ups, Patrick joined orderTalk in 2004 when it was re-launched as a Software as a Service Company and has overseen the growth and positioning of the company, which is now recognized as an industry leader.

Patrick has a B.A from the University of Natal and an LLB (JD) from the University of Cape Town.

Jim Lavin

Jim Lavin, has more than 30 years experience architecting, developing, supporting and managing customer solutions on Microsoft and Unix platforms and brings a broad range of development experience. His expertise spans the financial, manufacturing, petroleum, pharmaceutical, retail, travel and transportation industries. Jim is a recognized subject matter expert in Airline Systems, Kiosk Applications, Hand–held Applications, Enterprise Services, Services Oriented Architecture and Software Factories.
