The new Click and Collect system allows customers to place orders and pay for them online for same–day collection.
The ordering platform affords customers the ability to place orders without needing to call the restaurant, giving them the convenience of complete visual control over the order as well as the method of payment. Customers are able to browse the menus at their leisure, customise their pizzas, retrieve past orders, set collection times and include any special instructions of their choice.
Now available in 373 PizzaExpress locations across the UK, this new technology aims to make the brand even more accessible to customers, enhancing their overall experience and adding a new dimension of convenience to the ordering process.
