OrderTalk Accounts Receivable Management OrderTalk Accounts Receivable Management puts you in control of managing account customers. OrderTalk submits an AR account application and notifies your OrderTalk Online Order Manager or POS Terminal at the store or sends the notice to your central office. You can then approve, deny, or review the account application via a web interface. Notice of activation, denial, or review is immediately sent to your customer via email.
- Your customer can apply for a credit account online.

OrderTalk Frequency/Loyalty Programs/Referral The OrderTalk Loyalty Prorgam allows you to assign a point value to each dollar spent online. Points accrue for each customer and the customer may choose to apply points accrued from past purchases to an order.
The OrderTalk referral program allows you to reward customers that refer other customers. Once a the referred customer places and completes an order, the referring customer is awarded points to their loyalty account.
OrderTalk Reporting OrderTalk Reporting functions allow quick and flexible access to your important online data. Best Customer Reports show who's spent the most and their last order date. Recency and Frequency Reports are also available. The possibilities are endless.
Payment Processing OrderTalk handles payment processing the way you want it to. Credit cards can either be processed via a payment gateway or passed through to your POS Terminal or branch. OrderTalk also supports accounts, cash, checks and frequency programs. And you can even specify per-customer which payment methods are allowed.
